Saturday morning crepes🍓

Crepes are a favorite around here. My husband and I have loved them ever since a trip we took in college (both SUNY Plattsburgh alums) to Montreal for a UFC fight.

Now we love to enjoy them at home with the kids. Everyone’s order is a little different, but Nutella, PB, lots of fruit, and “whooped cream” are essentials.

There’s something special to me about keeping an original recipe. Whether it’s jotted down quick & imperfect like this one, or handed down from a loved one – I love them all.

I was chatting with my brother (who owns the cattle pictured below) while making breakfast, comparing how many eggs we have gotten for the week. He won. This was his farm fresh breakfast!
