Strawberries & Cream cupcakes🍓

My mother-in-law recently placed an order for cupcakes to celebrate her co-worker’s birthday. The birthday girl’s request was strawberries & cream, yum. A couple of fun facts about perfecting this flavor…

#1 My husband takes his job as my food critic very seriously. It took two attempts at the strawberry cake recipe before it was Garett-approved✔️

#2 While the cupcakes were cooling, I figured I had time to return a phone call quick. When I finished, and checked on my youngest kiddos (in the next room over) I found them playing hairdresser as they like to do. The difference this time was that they decided to go for the real scissors🫠
